Orders
Placing an order is an offer to buy. We'll confirm by email once it's accepted. We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order, for example where an item is unavailable or a pricing error has occurred.
Pricing
Prices are shown in GBP and include applicable taxes where stated. We may change prices and offers at any time, but changes won't affect orders we've already confirmed.
Product use
Maison Hestia sells jewellery. A bracelet is a reminder, not treatment or care. If you are struggling, please speak to your GP or contact a support line.
Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so. Otherwise, our liability is limited to the value of the order.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
